- Exit Delphi
- Run "Registry Editor" (run regedit.exe or regedit32.exe)
- Select following registry key:
- Add an item of type "REG_SZ" named "EnableCPU" and set its value to "1" (without the quotes)
- Exit Registry Editor
- Restart Delphi and select "View | CPU"
